The senior most Member of the Commission, shall work as the acting Chairperson, if the position of the Chairperson falls vacant due to any reason, is unable to perform work pursuant to sub-article (6) of Article 101 of the constitution, has gone for a foreign visit or is on leave for more than 7 days.
